Go to Maintenance and settings | Settings | Special days to work on these settings.

Special days, such as Christmas, can be marked with a different color in the Week grid and the Fixed hours list. Text from special days can also be used in reports (when there are hourly bookings on such days).

 

Dates need to be entered in the format of day-month-year. The year is optional. When a date does not include a year figure, it will count for every year. The letter E can be used to indicate Easter:
