Go to Task and settings | Tasks, select task 800 Generate user fields and click on button Execute task. This task will, if needed, generate extra sets of user fields for all aspects and the employee aspect. When the task is completed for each aspect a maximum number of 4 text, 2 numeric, 2 date, 2 boolean and 2 list fields (not in use) are available again.
